The social work profession has a rich history of helping people on a variety of levels. However, social workers are not immune to many of the problems faced by our clients. These problems may include chemical dependence, depression, anxiety, marital, and family issues. We’re all aware that if these problems remain unattended, most of them will worsen, and may affect a social worker’s job performance.
